Rocket Vinyasa · Munich
I discovered my passion for yoga in 2015 in Bali — my second home and a place that has shaped my way of living and personality. Today I practice and teach Rocket Yoga in Munich, with great passion. What excites me about it is the physical challenge, the chance to try new things, and the trust in yourself that you build along the way.

The practice
Whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years — you're in the right place if you want to move, get sweaty and surprise yourself. In my classes you'll find strength and balance, and discover new poses with joy and confidence.
Classes that flow — carried by music and an energy that's truly contagious.
Clear, detailed cues so you always know exactly what matters — whatever your level.
Arm balances and inversions — you can do more than you think. That moment when it clicks is the best feeling.
The promise
After a few months on the mat, something is different — and not only in your practice.
About
I'm originally from Munich, but I've lived in a number of other places over the years — including Berlin, Melbourne and Bali. Since childhood I practiced gymnastics and dance with great passion and took part in many competitions. A sport I really loved. At the same time, the constant focus on performance and competition became very exhausting and tiring for my body and my mind and eventually ended in a few injuries.
In 2015 I discovered yoga for the first time in Bali and fell in love with the practice straight away. Finally, I had found a way to challenge myself physically while letting my mind come to rest and coming into harmony with myself. By now Bali has become my second home, and every year I spend several months on the island, practicing with inspiring teachers and getting fresh inspiration for my own yoga practice.
Years after my first experience with yoga in Bali, I completed my training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga there. Soon, though, I realized that my heart beats especially for creative, playful flows. That led me to two further trainings in Rocket Yoga with David Kyle. Today I practice and teach Rocket Yoga with great passion. What excites me about it is the physical challenge, the chance to try new things, and the trust in yourself that you build along the way.
For me, Rocket Yoga is far more than just the physical practice. What makes it truly special is the incredible community. The Rocket Yogis are inspiring, supportive, and share a similar free-spirited approach to life.
