3. Hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, Netlify processes technically necessary access data (see server log files). Data may be transferred to the USA; Netlify relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Server log files

When you visit the site, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded, including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is used solely to ensure trouble-free operation and security and is not merged with other data sources.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

6. Contact and contact form

If you contact me by email or via the contact form, I process the details you provide (name, email address, message) in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form is processed and stored via Netlify Forms; data may be transferred to Netlify in the USA. A hidden “honeypot” field is used to prevent spam. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Fonts

The fonts used (“Spectral” and “DM Sans”) are served locally via our Netlify hosting. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google) and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.

8. External links and services

The website links to external services, including Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the booking platform Eversports. When you click these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. No data is transferred to these services until you actively click the relevant link.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website itself sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
